Our History
Aling Pegie's is a symbol to our divine filipino cuisine and delicacies, past down from generations to generations, Aling Pegie's amazing recipes with each and every bite is such a delightful experience. We bring you flavors from all over, from bataans signature "tinapa" fishes like Galungong and Bangus, bottled fishes doused in Corn Oil like Tuyo, GG & many more. We also can't leave out our famous Aling Pegie's signature Suman with Latik and our very own "Buro" (Pickled Onions). We our very proud to market to you flavors that we our most certainly proud of. Our Tinapang Bangus is a show stopper for it's impeccable smoked flavor all throughout. Perfect for any occasion! No need to worry about those pesky fish bones our Milkfish is boneless for you to indulge without stress. BURONG SIBUYAS (PICKLED ONIONS)
Very well known as dipping sauce for Tinapa dishes. Shallots that are each peeled by hand, cooking our vinegar to make sure we get the right ratio of vinegar to shallots & leaving it to pickle to perfection in 3 days to a weeks time.
